Brewmaster New Zealand – Case Study

Starting with a standard lager and ale range Brewmaster wanted an easily used adjunct to add craft beer to their product line up. Using selected New Zealand hops blended with malts and sugars, powdered blends were developed that could be added late in the brewing process. These give flavour and aroma profiles of small batch pilseners and IPAs without heavy bitterness and remain an easy drinking style beer.
